I got a unit in early July and didn't need it for long. In the almost 2 months of using it, I got great service. I had to use their truck on move in and that went great and easy! Everytime I went during day hours to get in the unit, the main guy stopped and said hey and asked if i needed anything. He definitely keeping a good eye on the cams. Units clean, motion sensing lights, i was so grateful for the moving carts by the door, and ac feels nice in this louisiana summer months. If I ever need storage again, I won't go anywhere else. Ty so much for a pleasant experience!
